Training Equipment As a Platinum® Fitness member it is our responsibility to make sure you get your program off to a great start! Included with your membership are 2 Free sessions with one of our certified trainers.

Your first session provides you with the fundamentals of exercise including: resistance training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. A physical assessment is performed to evaluate important factors such as flexibility, balance, coordination and strength.

On our second and third sessions your program will expand and you will have a complete basic workout for every major muscle group. For those that wish to continue working with a trainer, further sessions may be purchased. Also, every 90 days that you are a member of Platinum Fitness an evaluation session may be scheduled to chart your progress and ask any questions.
