Daycare Praises
Dear Julie,
This letter is written in recognition of the fabulous job Norma Melendez does caring for my son, Evan. While I feel the ENTIRE babysitting staff is most capable and loving of the children, it is Norma who enables me to feel safe and at ease leaving my child in her care.
After having my son, it took me several months before I could muster up the energy to return to the gym. One of my greatest fears has been to leave my son in an unfamiliar place with strangers. A friend of mine, who is also a member, knew how important it was for me to return to the gym and she just kept raving about Norma. Well, it didn't take long for ME to adjust once I met her. She is magical! Of course Evan pulled the usual crying over being in an unfamiliar place, but Norma knew just how it would play out. She warned that possible the first few times I would not be able to put in as much time as I would like but within a few consistent visits, he would be fine. That was an understatement! He cries now when we leave! Guess that's the biggest compliment of all!
Norma is sent from the heavens! I want to thank her and honor her for her sensitivity, compassion and understanding and of these little tikes (and their parents!).
Fondly,
Jennifer (and Evan) Chaladoff
